    Neptune City School District (“the District”) is committed to protecting your privacy when using our SMS/text messaging service.

    When your student is registered, we collect your mobile number and, if applicable, your name. We may also track message delivery. We do not sell or share your number for marketing.

    How We Use It

    We use text messaging to share:

    • Important school and district updates

    • Emergency notifications

    • Reminders about events or closures

    Message Frequency & Charges

    Message frequency will vary. Standard carrier rates may apply.

    Opting Out

    Reply STOP at any time to end text messages from the District. You may still receive information through other communication methods.

    Security & Vendors

    We take reasonable steps to protect your data. Messages are sent through approved third-party providers who may only use your information to deliver District communications. Please do not send sensitive information by text.

    Children’s Privacy

    We do not send text messages directly to students.
