Hello and welcome! My name is Ms. Haviland. I attended Elmira College where I obtained a bachelor's degree in Childhood Education and Special Education. This is my 3rd year teaching. Prior to coming to Neptune City, I taught 3rd grade for two years in New York. This is my first year at Woodrow Wilson where I am a special education teacher.
